The competitions were fierce. Over 150 bands entered Hard Rock's Ambassadors Of Rock Battle Of The Bands at Hard Rock Cafes all over North America. And the winner is (drum roll, please)……
Rudy Vaughn!
Hailing from Atlanta, GA, Rudy Vaughn endured through every phase of Hard Rock's Ambassadors Of Rock Battle Of The Bands. Conquering the battles at Hard Rock Cafe Atlanta in the first two rounds, surviving the esteemed judging panel in the semi-final round, and taking the popular vote online in the final round, Rudy Vaughn won a much-deserved spot at Hard Rock Calling in London's Hyde Park.
At the end of June, they'll be playing on the same bill as Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Neil Young, Dave Matthews Band, The Killers, and many more! We're hooking up Rudy Vaughn with round-trip airfare, three nights in a first-class hotel, spending cash, and putting them onstage to rock thousands of music fans at one of the best festivals in the world. Yeah, we think that's pretty cool, too. From the fans to the bands, we want to thank everyone who voted and participated in Hard Rock’s Ambassadors Of Rock Battle Of The Bands. The phenomenal response during every part of the competition continues to amaze us.
