Since launching at the beginning of this month with a stellar performance by The Bangles at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando and an kick-ass promotional tour by Melissa Etheridge in New York and D.C. that included her singing in-flight aboard a pink Delta plane (believe it!), Pinktober has been raising awareness and funds for breast cancer research all over the world.
