The cafe recently finished a major renovation, complete with new dining area and upscale design features. In addition, Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur has undergone a complete memorabilia overhaul, from Jimi Hendrix's silk jacket and Cheap Trick's checkerboard guitar, to a stage outfit worn by Gwen Stefani of No Doubt, dozens of new items commemorating the history of rock are now on display.
On Saturday, November 8th, to celebrate Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur's re-launch the cafe will host an exclusive VIP private party, which will include a ribbon cutting and unveiling of the revamped space by H.R.H. Sultan of Selangor. The celebration will continue throughout the month at Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur with a live performance by Bobby Kimball of legendary Grammy Award-winning group TOTO on Saturday, November 29th.
