The Hard Rock Cafe in Honolulu continued their series with AccesSurf, an organization that empowers people with disabilities by providing adaptive surfing instruction and therapeutic educational programs on water recreation and enriches lives by assisting families to access the beach and ocean in a barrier free environment.  ALL IS ONE.

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 7, 2013 - Hard Rock International continues its commitment to emerging musicians of tomorrow with this year's Hard Rock Rising, the world's largest and most far-reaching battle of the bands competition. Hard Rock Rising supports the musical careers of aspiring artists around the globe by giving one local band the opportunity of a lifetime – participate in a World Tour at Hard Rock Cafe locations, film a music video, record an album with Hard Rock Records and receive $10,000 in new gear.

"Hard Rock is eager to uncover another pool of budding talent and provide them with an international stage to showcase their talents," said John Kirkpatrick , Head of Music & Artist Relations, Hard Rock International. "More than 12,000 bands entered Hard Rock Rising and nearly one million votes were cast by fans around the globe in 2012 – we hope the continued success of this program will catapult an emerging band to success and introduce their sound to Hard Rock's worldwide audience."

As one of the many activities to support their local community, the Local Ambassador team from the Hard Rock Cafe in Honolulu participated in a Sandy Beach Clean Up, along with 30 volunteers and the Waikiki Aquarium. A big MAHALO to all who came out! ALL IS ONE.

If you've ever been in one of our cafes, hotels, shops or casinos, chances are you've seen this motto emblazoned on a wall somewhere. You probably didn't pay too much mind to it because what would a rock 'n' roll establishment know about saving the planet? Through the power of rock?

Man, it must be nice to be Sammy Hagar. Not only is he one of the hardest working guys in rock for the past 40 years, but he's an extraordinarily successful businessman, too. Now, those two things are usually mutually exclusive, but in Sammy's case they go hand-in-hand. From his solo success in the '70s and '80s to his chart-topping work with Van Halen (or Van Hagar, as many like to call that incarnation of the band) to Chickenfoot, his new supergroup, Sammy just keeps going and going.

With doors for the show opening at 4:00 p.m., people started lining up at 10:00 in the morning outside Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu for an intimate acoustic show by power pop punk band All Time Low. Come showtime, 400 lucky, screaming teens thronged the Cafe, ready for their favorite tunes to fill their auditory canals. Yeah, we said it. Auditory canals. They rock. Or, rather, they allow you to rock.

Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu

On Thursday, February 24th. Hard Rock International celebrated the Grand Opening of its newly relocated Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu in the heart of Waikiki! The exclusive V.I.P. event featured the requisite Hard Rock guitar smash and live performances by Hawaiian homegrown talent Anuhea, slack key guitar master Makana, GRAMMY® winner John Cruz, and “The Wild Hawaiian” himself, Henry Kapono.
