Orlando, Fla., November 27, 2006 – The Caribbean is rockin’ as the world’s newest Hard Rock Cafe is officially open for business on the beautiful island of Margarita, off the coast of Venezuela. Hard Rock Cafe Margarita, located in Centro Sambil, Porlamar, Margarita, opened its doors on November 27th as Venezuela’s second Hard Rock location and the sixth in the Caribbean, offering its guests the authentic rock atmosphere and great American fare that has made the Hard Rock brand world-famous.

The 3,280-square-foot, two-story cafe features Hard Rock’s outstanding menu, collectible merchandise and world-renowned memorabilia collection. Key pieces of memorabilia on display include items from contemporary stars, such as Shakira´s pants worn during her 2005 world tour and a guitar used by Maroon 5 front-man Adam Levine, as well as items from rock legends, including a costume worn by KISS guitarist Paul Stanley and Carlos Santana’s guitar, which he gave to singer/songwriter Michelle Branch as a gift during her tour to promote the hit single “Game of Love.”

“Offering 365 days of sun and a rockin’ nightlife, Margarita has become a global hot spot and one of the world’s most exciting areas,” said Hamish Dodds, president and CEO of Hard Rock International. “The timing for a Hard Rock Cafe in Margarita is perfect, and we’re thrilled to open a second Hard Rock location in Venezuela.”

Other notable pieces of memorabilia on display at Hard Rock Cafe Margarita include Madonna’s handwritten lyrics for the song “Thief of Love” and a guitar used by Dan Estrin of Hoobastank, while writing and recording the band’s self-titled album.

In addition to the memorabilia, Hard Rock Cafe Margarita features a 200-square-foot Rock Shop with Hard Rock’s collectible merchandise, including authentic items, such as T-shirts, pins, leather jackets, key chains, watches, shot glasses and more. The Margarita Rock Shop offers city-specific merchandise, which can only be purchased at this location – an exclusive quality that enhances each item’s appeal. Fans will also be able to acquire Hard Rock’s signature collectible pins, including the new, limited-edition Margarita pins, which reflect the spirit of the island and the authenticity of Hard Rock’s merchandise. The cafe, ideal for corporate functions, private parties and other rental opportunities, also features a terrace and a VIP room for special events.

Hard Rock International Announces Opening of Jamaica’s First-Ever Hard Rock Cafe
Orlando, Fla., November 10, 2006 – The Caribbean will be rockin’ as Jamaica’s first-ever Hard Rock Cafe opens for business on November 22, 2006. Located on Four Main Street in the heart of the town’s entertainment and shopping district, Hard Rock Cafe Ocho Rios promises to be one of the area’s leading restaurant and nightlife destinations. The new Ocho Rios cafe, the fourth Hard Rock location in the Caribbean, will feature Hard Rock’s world-famous rock ‘n’ roll atmosphere, while highlighting the reggae vibe and sounds of Jamaica’s rich musical heritage.

“Jamaica has always been a crown jewel of the Caribbean and we are delighted to open the first Hard Rock on this popular island destination,” said Hamish Dodds, president and CEO, Hard Rook International. “The island also has had a major impact on the world’s music scene with many of today’s artists, pointing to early influences by the steel drums and Caribbean sounds of reggae’s favorite son and Jamaica’s own -- Bob Marley.”

The two-story, 10,500-square-feet Hard Rock Cafe Ocho Rios will include a 180-seat restaurant, a full parking facility and is ideal for corporate functions and parties. Sure to keep fans jammin’ and rockin’, the Ocho Rios cafe will also feature a live music stage bearing a Jamaican flag as the backdrop.

Hard Rock Cafe Ocho Rios will also showcase several pieces from Hard Rock’s world-renowned memorabilia, including items representing contemporary stars – such as rare photos of Prince, Talking Heads posters and the original lyrics for “Jammin'” handwritten by Bob Marley, as well as items from rock legends – like Led Zeppelin and George Clinton’s funk band, Parliament.

The Main Street entrance of Hard Rock Cafe Ocho Rios features a 900-square-feet Rock Shop with Hard Rock’s world-famous merchandise, including authentic items, such as T-shirts, pins, leather jackets, key chains, watches, shot glasses and more.
