Proceeds to benefit the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program
Orlando, Fla., July 28, 2006 – Ozzy Osbourne has conquered it all. This rock ‘n’ roll rebel pioneered the heavy metal revolution, became a reality TV star (of the Emmy-winning "The Osbournes") and has even been invited to the White House – turning a passion for music into a rock empire. Now, the “Godfather of Heavy Metal” is taking on Hard Rock International to become the hardest rocker yet in the company’s Signature Series. Hard Rock today unveiled its latest Signature Series T-shirt, designed by the “Ironman” himself, Ozzy Osbourne. Proceeds from the new Ozzy Osbourne T-shirt benefit the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, established by Ozzy’s wife Sharon following her own battle with colon cancer. Ozzy Osbourne, the 22nd rocker to become part of Hard Rock’s Signature Series T-shirt program, joins music icons and legends, such as Elton John, Eric Clapton and Bruce Springsteen, helping to raise millions of dollars for a number of charitable causes worldwide.

The Signature Series T-shirt Edition XXII features a hand-painted stick figure, symbolizing Ozzy’s larger-than-life stage persona. The design, created by Ozzy Osbourne, is set on a black T-shirt for men and is also available in an ivory ladies “junior baby-doll” T-shirt. Hard Rock International is offering Ozzy fans the chance to own the limited-edition T-shirt, which is now available online at www.hardrock.com and will be officially launched in the Rock Shops at Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels and Casinos in the U.S., Europe and Canada this summer.

“Most people know Ozzy as the outrageous, envelope-pushing rocker, but underneath the wild exterior lies a heart of gold,” said Sharon Osbourne. “We contribute to several causes and Ozzy is extremely supportive of the mission of this Colon Cancer Program. Inspired by the care that she received, Sharon Osbourne joined forces with the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to provide support for those afflicted with colon cancer. Established in 2004, the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program funds sponsored care and financial assistance to those in need, specialized care and treatments for colon cancer patients at Cedars-Sinai and elevated awareness and education for patients, families and communities.

Hard Rock International Announces Opening of Hard Rock Cafe Santo Domingo
Orlando, Fla., July 24, 2006 – The Dominican Republic is rockin’ now that Hard Rock Cafe Santo Domingo has opened. Nestled in the heart of the city’s colonial zone, Hard Rock Cafe Santo Domingo is on the northern side of Colombus Square and faces one of the focal points of the area, the impressive Catedral Primada de America. With other impressive neighboring buildings in the piazza, including The Borgela's Palace and the Tower of the Old City Hall Building, the cafe promises to be one of the area’s leading entertainment destinations.

The Panic Channel to Headline Blender Sessions at Hard Rock Cafe Chicago Event to Feature Opening Performance by Rose Hill Drive
Orlando, Fla., July 17, 2006 The Windy City will be rockin this August as Hard Rocks Ambassadors of Rock Tour and Blender Sessions roar into Chicago! Hard Rock International and Blender Magazine are proud to announce that The Panic Channel, a new band featuring guitarist Dave Navarro, drummer Stephen Perkins, bassist Chris Chaney and Steve Isaacs on lead vocals and guitar, will headline Blender Sessions, the Chicago stop of the Ambassadors of Rock Tour. On Monday, August 7, The Panic Channel will take the stage at Hard Rock Cafe Chicago, performing tracks from the bands debut album, (ONe), which will land in stores on August 15th. Emerging artists and opening act, Rose Hill Drive, set to release a self-titled debut album on August 22, will join The Panic Channel for a night that will go down in rock history. The event in Chicago will be the second stop of Hard Rocks Ambassadors of Rock Tour, a worldwide concert series to celebrate the companys 35th anniversary.

Our Ambassadors of Rock Tour kicked off at Hyde Park Calling in London with legendary performances by Roger Waters and The Who, and its still going strong with the second stop in Chicago, featuring The Panic Channel and Rose Hill Drive, said Hamish Dodds, president and CEO, Hard Rock International. Hard Rock International Offers Complimentary Smokehouse Menu Items To the World’s Bravest
Orlando, Fla., July 10, 2006 - Sound the sirens! Hard Rock International celebrates the launch of its new menu, featuring delectable new “Smokehouse” items, by feeding firefighters for free! On Tuesday, July 11th, 2006, firefighters worldwide are invited to visit their local Hard Rock Cafe in the continental U.S., Canada and Europe to enjoy a complimentary meal from Hard Rock’s “Smokehouse” section, which includes authentic bar-b-que entrees slow-cooked in the cafe’s new hardwood smokers. To reach as many firefighters as possible, in select markets, Hard Rock Cafe staffers will also deliver smokehouse fare to the fire station nearest the cafe.

To further honor firefighters around the globe, Hard Rock International will execute a worldwide “Crank It Up” program, where guests are encouraged to round up their checks to the nearest dollar (or more) when dining at Hard Rock Cafes around the globe. Each generous contribution from cafes in the U.S. and Canada will be directly donated to the Leary Firefighters Foundation, a charitable organization founded by actor Denis Leary dedicated to providing fire departments with funding and resources for up-to-date equipment and training. Funds raised in cafes throughout Europe will be donated to local firefighter charities.

Hard Rock International has made a flavorful, multi-million dollar investment in its new menu with the installation of hardwood smokers in each of the company-owned cafes. The smokers use the very best Hickory wood chips to slowly (and lovingly) cook Hard Rock’s classic ribs, chicken and pork to juicy, tender perfection.

Firefighters and Hard Rock Cafe guests nationwide can choose from a few of the new smokin’ eats available in Hard Rock Cafe locations around the world including:
